With headquarters in London, Oak and Green is a UK focused renewable equity investor and advisor. Founded in 2012, our firm has focused on building and operating Renewable Obligation and Feed in Tariff projects, Favouring mature technologies.
Our ambition has always been to make long term and meaningful relationships with all industry participants. We understand all aspects of the opportunity, the wider market in which the project sits and the challenges involved in seeing it through to a successful conclusion. By taking a holistic view of any opportunities, we believe we are best placed to maximise value for all parties. We aim to be more than simply an equity provider.

Three areas of focus
ONSHORE WIND
73% of Feed-in tariff wind projects is owned by private individuals. Oak and Green believe that high asset prices and an advantageous tax policy create an environment which supports the transfer of these assets to longer term institutional owners. We are actively seeking these opportunities.
RENEWABLE GROUND RENTS
Since 2000 42 GW of renewable projects has been built. As a result, many landowners have a source of rental income payable over an extended period. Our firm recognises that many of these landlords may wish to capitalise their rental income early. We have created a product to serve this growing need. RESIDENTIAL ROOF-TOP SOLAR
850,000 residential rooftop solar installation exists in the UK, of which a large element is owned by the property owner. Our firm believes that too few buyers exist to service the requirement of property owners to capitalise their Feed in Tariff. As a pragmatic proprietary investor, we also believe we can act quicker than others in this market!
